Terms of Use

Section 1

Service description

IGDownload.net is a free web tool that retrieves Reels, videos, photos, covers, and MP3 audio from public Instagram posts on your behalf. It works only with public posts that anyone can view without signing in. No account is required, nothing is hosted on this site, and no download history is kept.

Section 2

Your responsibility

Download only content you own, have permission to save, or that is licensed for reuse, for example under a Creative Commons licence. Instagram's Terms of Use restrict reusing content without permission. You are solely responsible for how you use any file obtained through this site.

Section 3

Prohibited use

The service is for personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

• circumvent access controls or technical limits of the service or of Instagram;
• use bots, scripts, or bulk and automated requests;
• redistribute media in a way that infringes the rights of its owner.

Section 4

What the service does not access

The service does not bypass private accounts, Stories, Highlights, live videos, or posts that need a login. Such posts are reported as unavailable, and no attempt is made to sign in or to work around Instagram’s restrictions.

Section 5

Copyright and takedown requests

Rights holders can send a takedown request to [email protected]. Please include:

• the URL of the Instagram post concerned;
• a description of the copyrighted work;
• your contact details;
• a statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.

Content may be blocked from the service after a substantiated complaint.

Section 6

No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is offered as is, with no warranty and no uptime guarantee. Changes on Instagram’s side can break downloads without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this site or from any file obtained through it. If you use the site as a consumer, nothing here removes the protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Section 7

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
